TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing a commission from me you agree to:
- Pay in USD through paypal
- Link back to my account when reuploading my art to furaffinity, twitter, toyhouse, or other sites
- Not edit out my signature

Payment Rules
- Payment must be sent within 1 - 3 days unless we have discussed a payment plan
- order will be paid in full before I begin work on them unless we have discussed a payment plan
- Once the sketch for an order has been approved by the client I will no longer offer refunds

Regarding anonymous orders:
- I will keep the username of a client private if requested.
- I will post artwork. If you don't agree tell me at the beginning.
- some commissions won't be posted on my social media. (because personal reasons)

Artist use
I retain the right to reproduce, fully or in part, the art I create, including editing, printing, selling access to fullsize files, etc. The client has the right to print their commission for personal use only.
I'm not doing orders for comercial use and i don't allow to use my artwork for comercial use.
If your reference image is a traditional drawing please make sure to photograph/scan OR provide me with a digital colour palette to colourpick from. I prefer NOT do colour edits based on unclear photographs.
